Based out of Mumbai, Monica has been assisting new and mid-sized companies to set up robust business practises with strong foundations for more than a decade. She is the co-founder of Earlyseed Ventures Pvt. Ltd., which supports young entrepreneurs in their fundraising journeys through their IB arm and syndicate on Investt platform. 

She is a Sr. Independent Business Consultant at MN & Co, a CA firm in Mumbai, providing consultancy to NRI clients. She is a Sr. advisor at BlueArc, a Financial and Legal Advisory Firm for companies into cross border transactions. 

Monica has angel invested in over 18 startups so far and is currently mentoring 6 of them. She is Regional Partner with Venture Catalysts since 2020, a Venture Partner with WeFounderCircle (WFC) and Evolve X Accelerator and an LP at Avinya Fund.

She has been a juror at pitch-fests hosted by IIT Powai, NMIMS, Indian Dental Association and Evolve X Accelerator amongst others, and has hosted a panel of established investors at the RIDE event of MIT. 

Above all this, she is a Rotarian and has been closely involved with numerous social projects in and around Mumbai.
